Grade 4. Approx. duration: three and a half minutes.
Set consists of a score and three parts.
Composed in 2018, this work belongs to a series of pieces, each written for a different instrumental ensemble. The title refers to the Braúna, which is a yellow-flowered tree that is native to eastern Brazil.
In ternary form, the work contrasts short rhythmic motives in its first section with calm, melodic lines in its second part. The third section takes up the elements and texture of the first part, but in a varied form.
