Composed in 2008, this seven-movement work represents a point of departure, that is, a new stage in the composer’s aesthetic exploration. This is Kliwadenko’s first instrumental composition to incorporate some of the interests that he would continue to develop in later works: the formalization of musical parameters and constructive as well as deconstructive compositional mechanisms; the possibility of discourses generated as a result of transfers of energy through distinct changes of density; and the use of aleatoric means “controlled” by the creation of micro structures, which can eventually effect the total form of the piece (a “butterfly” effect).
