Roughly translated, the title of this piece means “To Tie a Continuum into Knots.” This quartet for single reed instruments was premiered on the campus of the Catholic University in Santiago, Chile on November 27, 2009, by Catalina Gutiérrez and Alfonso Vergara (clarinets); and Gabriel Barrios and Marcos Conteras (saxophones). The group was directed by Cristian Morales Ossio. Approx. duration: three minutes.
