Set consists of a piano score and one part.
Composed in 2020, this work was written with the intermediate player in mind who is looking to show progress in the study of the clarinet. Written in three movements, they are in a sense instant portraits at the level of poetic image. The first movement depicts the daily routine of doing the same things at different times and with different rhythms, but within a context of simple joy. The second movement, with its slow and lyrical character, is intended as a respite from the rush. And the last movement is a dance that imagines the clarinetist who, walking from one place to another, is suddenly caught under a downpour of rain. Without an umbrella, it becomes necessary to run quickly to take shelter. Hurry!
