Grade 4. Approx. duration: fourteen minutes.
Set includes a score and two parts.
According to Andre Lardot’s article on Brod’s oboes and compositions, this trio (likely composed prior to 1826) was performed in London’s King’s Theatre on April 15, 1831 by “oboist Barret and bassoonist Baumann.” Lardot also found that the work is cited in Triébert’s 1845 catalog. Approximately thirty-four years later the French publisher Richault reissued the work.
