Completed in Chicago on May 1, 1950, this work for symphony orchestra was premiered on June 22, 1955, by Panama‘s National Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Herbert de Castro.
Formatting.
The conductor’s score is printed on tabloid sized (11x17) paper coil-bound on the left-hand edge; the library/institutional/perusal score, as well as the orchestral parts, are printed on 9x12 paper.
