Set consists of a piano score and one part.
This work, commissioned by saxophonist Rafael Migliani in 2018, was premiered by Migliani and pianist Cris Bloes on September 13, 2018 in Tatuí, Brazil. Inspired by the simple act of observing the sky, by using modal writing and quartal harmonies the theme and its seven variations depict different impressions depending on the time of day, meteorological conditions, colors and cloud formations, all of which are constantly changing.
